Holistic healing for anxiety is a big thing that many people want to work on in their life. Anxiety issues are big stressors in many different ways for people. Why is that? I know these seem like the suggestions that others say too and many may even say I have done this before and it didn't work. The big one many people struggle with is letting go and allowing things to be. If you literally do not take in the negative energy around you, you will not have this within your energy fields and this will not continue to build. You have probably tried some of the others, but these are the two BIGGIES that many people don't do or they think they have but they end up giving up on them. It is easy and simple if you stick with it and put your mind to it. Next time you see something negative, hear it, or think it - say "Cancel Cancel" to yourself and allow it to pass and don't give it a second thought. See how you feel afterwards and keep allowing things to be and let go!
